What is capital commitment?

Capital commitment is the commitment of capital to a venture capital fund. The capital is not generally all completed at one time, but invested one after another within 3-5 years according to the term divided by fund establishment year.

Capital commitment is which the inventories of stocks that market makers carry. This represents a risk to the market maker, since the value of those stocks can change.
